Horrible HR. Only one woman working HR. She got pregnant and all HR processes, employee services and onboarding from temp to permanent stopped for 10 months. The company did not try to correct the situation, and she even admitted that they screwed up, but were unwilling to make accomodations, or back pay. We were just told that it won't change, so just deal with it.
