Air Fayre interview questions

I declined the position because of the working conditions. (Very cold and closed off area that was always wet) I was then asked to interview for another position and it went great was super excited for the follow up interview only to be told I wouldn’t be considered because I had not completed the application for that position 2 days before the follow up interview. I was never given a deadline- I was only told to have it done by the interview date. Said it reflected poorly on my work ethic but I think it reflected poorly on their management since they did communicate a deadline and held me to a standard they did not meet themselves.
