Pros

The weeks-long onboarding program is not only a great introduction to the company's product -- it encapsulates the company's entire ethos. It shows how much of an investment Aha! makes in each an every one of its teammates, and it underscores the company's commitment to its culture. The onboarding does not focus solely on how to use Aha!; it also includes lessons on understanding the customer, what it means to be responsive, kind, and a good remote teammate, and much more. After onboarding you then get to see how much all of your colleagues take these learnings to heart and practice them every day.

Cons

Make sure you really understand what it takes to work remotely. It's not for everybody.

Pros

I have been working for Aha! for almost six years now. I joined Aha! because everything I read about the product, the people, the work, and the company seemed unlike any other company I have worked for. It was inspiring to me. Several years later, and it is still inspiring. I get to work with the best in the business. I get to do work every day that I love. My fellow Aha!s are brilliant, hard working, and kind. They care about the work they do and they care about the people they work with. Getting together with them twice a year at onsites is truly a highlight. The product is incredible and always improving. I cannot imagine not using it every day to do my job. It is just that good and the people that built it are even better. It makes me proud to work at Aha!.

Cons

An incredible amount of effort is put into daily work, sometimes it is easy to get so buried in it that you forget to pause and celebrate what you have achieved. Take a breath, it's okay to do so.
