No career planning, no transparency, people are treated only like a tool to generate savings, therefore the rotation is huge. At the same time nobody conceals that the company will squeeze you out so why crying. Senior management is extremely weak - no decision-making, no desire to grow people or evolve with the company. And work/life balance - forget about it.

Quiet office, not a lively environment. It is mainly empty with only 5 or 6 people in there for an office that can take 40 or so. Which means it does get very lonely. The pace of work is incredibly slow and quite boring.
