Pros
Global exposure, best practice procurement tools and processes. Mixing with some talented people.
Cons
Quiet office, not a lively environment. It is mainly empty with only 5 or 6 people in there for an office that can take 40 or so. Which means it does get very lonely. The pace of work is incredibly slow and quite boring.

Great personal development of my career and a brilliant team to work with. Management trust you to do your job and let you get on with it The company have values and do adhere to them. There has been a huge transition in 2014 since the departure of ABI but those that were left have come through it and we are stronger for it. Great team spirit. Good leadership who inform us regularly through monthly meetings on what is going on. Generous salary and bonus package

As many of the team travel and work over at BAT sometimes the office can appear empty You do need to self-motivate
