Business outlook
Pros
Lots of company wide events i.e. dinners, outdoor events etc. Which brings people together which is sadly how some people keep their seats warm in the company.
Cons
Management is a joke - Certain individuals from the AT/GT/ST team that is sitting on their thrones with little to no knowledge of sales, target setting etc. Managers being constantly late for client meetings, while you have to sit there and explain why we have to wait for his/her majesty to arrive. In-house events for internal staff > client facing events. I have no comments on other offices.
