Team Members are lovley, Helpful Direct management are generally always there to support and help when needed
Cons
Salary isn't great comparded to other account management roles. Oceania isn't a priority for the wider company. Agoda has a somewhat bad name in the industry here and it feels like the wider company values don't support changing this, sometimes work againest the customers making the account management job harder.
