Pros
- Worldwide/Global company with a lot of smart people to work with - Open for discussion, ideas and suggestions - Good Salary - Fast growing (could be good & bad at the same time)
Cons
- As its fast growing company, a lot of changes happened in very short noticed. So you need to be able to adapt and adjust against it. - The perks are totally not as good as other similar companies. - The operational , procedures somehow looks like start-up company - lack of collaboration between departments
