Disagreements are handled amicably and collaboratively, with everyone's voice being heard and considered - an out-of-this-world company culture, which is no small feat for a remote company. Half-day Fridays in summer, random gifts of branded merchandise, personal and professional development stipends, and countless online resources centered around discussing watercooler-esque topics like food recipes, fitness programs, pets, pop culture, travel, sports, and video games. I feel closer to my coworkers here then I ever did working in an office. - rapid growth and expertise in a field that is expanding significantly, with awards to back it up
