      - Warm, supportive working culture - values that are authentically espoused by the CEO! - They work hard to compensate employees well and to make them feel valued for their unique contributions - Company is small enough that you feel connected, but growing enough that there is ample opportunity for personal development - Employees are smart, passionate and creative - HR puts a concerted effort into diversity and inclusion efforts, and does a great job promoting virtual social events - Working remotely allows for flexible lifestyles, and you have coworkers all over the world!

      - Working remotely with teammates across time zones can make communication and collaboration challenging -- have to work a little harder to make sure everyone is in the loop
