Pros
They've had a laser-like focus for the last decade on executing a very challenging, but powerful concept in automation platforms. It has allowed me to work on a huge number of different powerful applications, all custom and all rapidly implemented. Also brought me in touch with a large number and variety of companies who are clamoring more and more for help in automating their unique needs. Very untouched by the ageist/sexist attitude that Silicon Valley is known for - I look around me and see that half of the employees here are women, including half of our top implementers. I myself was hired in my late 50's from a mostly non-tech career and they hired another friend who was 70. People here are very bright and motivated and that is what they value. Growing rapidly.
Cons
Like the shoemaker's children having worn out shoes, because of we spend more time on automating other companies, we often have less time to take care of the bells and whistles of our own internal systems, but that comes partly from rapid growth.
