      They have solid clients and big projects to work on

      Cons

      Lack of support if you're based in Europe, compared to what fellow team members get in LATAM. Oh, and the CEO can act a little unprofessionally on the meetings, bullying the other team members.

      No proper management , everybody is from ukraine and LATAM , no respect for any other country
