Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you value the flexibility we provide in both working hours and roles. Creating a supportive and adaptable work environment is a priority for us. We also recognize your concerns about compensation and long-term project stability. These points are important, and we are working to improve both competitiveness and consistency across projects. Your perspective helps us make AgileEngine a better place to work. Thank you again for your input.

Pros

My experience at AgileEngine was disappointing. The company culture and work environment were lacking, and I found little to no positives in my time there. The only thing that kept me from resigning was my team, but it felt like AgileEngine was only the place that gathered us together, and nothing more.

Cons

My time at AgileEngine was disappointing. They lacked transparency and honesty with both their employees and the candidates they invited to projects. It felt like people from Latam and India were viewed as cheap labor. Contractors received virtually no benefits, and the constant turnover of HR representatives left me without proper support. The company's values were questionable, and their inclusion policies were practically non-existent. I observed instances of racism, including the CEO's involvement in blackface, with no action taken by HR to address such behavior.

Pros

- Great clients - Good salary

Cons

- Once your client contract is terminated they place you in unpaid sabbatical (contrary to what they tell you at the beginning), take away your equipment and cancel your email immediately. Not only this but they make you do internal interviews again (As if you didn't work directly with them) just to buy time to then tell you that the clients you're interviewing for went for people who had applied earlier. I just think it's very dishonest to make the people you've already hired re-apply and make them give you the equipment back even when you still work for them. They should at least give them a month to get a new client but without removing all the perks immediately, it's just cheap. I couldn't even send an email because my email was frozen in sabbatical. The company is great but only once you have an active client they can take a % of your check from. But they're not delivering what they're promising and their processes just make you feel drained and disrespected.
