      Pros

      Good benefits, vacation time, schedule flexibility. Great place to learn manufacturing environment, learn to fix older/fragile equipment, and how to make things work with little resources.

      Cons

      Very little money to spend on improvements, overbearing management team stuns any productivity, and young engineers are not valued. No communication within company. Very over-controlled manufacturing environment. No raises/bonuses. Project management is not logically organized.

      Brand recognition Loyal long term employees once you get below executive and senior management There is amazing industry knowledge with it the loyal long term employees

      Poor executive leadership Poor senior management Poor strategic leadership and focus At the executive and senior management levels lack of knowledge with respect to the industry Agfa is trying to serve Recent ( last 5-6 years) senior management lacks the expertise to drive success Serious cash flow challenges due to investments in markets and products outside of the core competencies of Agfa
