While this company does a tremendous job in fostering employee growth and development, I believe that supporting employees in pursuing certifications, attending conferences, and other professional development events would further strengthen its already impressive commitment to its workforce. Went to a lot of events solo

-Low pay because they never push jobs through. I was signed on with a very low rate while being promised a huge commission which I don’t think ever happened even once despite the countless opportunities I brought in. -All programming is done in Pakistan, I had to be available at odd hours to communicate with my teams -Team separation- I wasn’t able to communicate with Devs about timelines and completions, left completely in the dark -two employees left as soon as I signed on -weird dynamic with women employees
