      Cons

      Predominantly remote working which is not for everyone. Also the nature of the work means you are not project based, so this is a big change for most engineers.

A very well-respected organisation in the industry. Colleagues and managers are very supportive. Key benefit is the willingness to invest in training courses annually based on interests.
