      It pays a good money and we feel stable after the probation. The company gives you a good reputation if you intend to apply for a mortgage.

      Cons

      Poor management based on favouritism only, poor old facilities. Profit share does not reflect the results presented in the airport, that reached the limit of passengers in 2024.

      Pros

      Overall, it’s a great place to work and a good company to gain experience and grow your career. The people are great as well, both in the office and at the airport. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Great work/life balance.

      Not many opportunities for advancement.
