Aer Rianta was such a great opportunity for my career. You get to learn a lot about the position and about how the travel retail works and it's very interesting. You touch a little bit of everything and this is how you grow in your career. The environment at the airport is very fast-paced and energetic. The environment at the office is peaceful and the people are very welcoming. Great career and advancement opportunities, work environment, and benefits. I really like the free perfumes and make-up every quarter.
Cons
The work can be overwhelming initially, but it gets easier with the months and how well you organized your work - there is a lot of help from the management if ever this happens.
