Pros
-Any job you get after working here will be an improvement. -There are decent opportunities for both domestic and international travel. -You get the chance to work with some very interesting customers. -Generally very cool coworkers. -There is a small gym area so you can exercise. -You will have lots of responsibility.
Cons
-The company epitomizes micromanagement. -Your bosses have access to, and read, all of the emails that you send and receive, often times inserting themselves into the conversation to try to steer it in a certain direction. This often times results in confusion for the customer and frustration for the employee. -There is an unspoken expectation of working more than 40 hours per week. It is frowned upon if you do not. -As a previous reviewer already noted, the bosses tend to come into the office very near the end of the workday to assign more work that they want done immediately. Because of this, it is nearly impossible to make personal plans during the week. Your weeknights are held hostage. -At times, you will be expected to work weekends with no prior notice. -Full-time employees are salaried, so you do not make any extra money for all of the extra hours that you work. -Project management is highly disorganized. Everything is tracked via Excel spreadsheets. This is very messy, disorganized, and prone to human errors (errors which you will then be reprimanded for). -Project objectives are constantly changing; unrealistic expectations are given to customers, and if you fail to deliver you catch the blame. -The turnover rate is excessively high. People are hired and then fired mere months later, for apparently no reason. People have been fired for being “awkward”. -There is a toxic culture among management. They will berate both current employees (behind their backs) and former employees. -Management takes it very personally if you decide to leave the company. They make it impossible to leave this company on good terms. Do not expect to get positive references from here in the future. -There are no windows in the main office work area.
