The leaders here at Agrisolve are too arrogant to listen to anyone else. They only believe themselves to be correct, so they outright dismiss any complaints or feedback that come from other people, such as the employees. The leadership us one huge echo chamber of ineffective and terrible ideas that negatively affect employees the most.

Aegisolve has an awful work environment because of the leadership's arrogance. The leaders here don't value the opinions of the employees. They don't care about what we say, and they easily dismiss whatever opinions or feedback we have for them. This attitude makes the workplace a terrible environment to work in.
