I've been with Aegisolve for a couple of years now and my overall experience has been positive working here. This is a company that has grown and expanded substantially over the years. The staff here, including management, are talented, creative and knowledgeable such that the company as a whole quickly adapts to technological advances in the industry and also the validation requirements from governing bodies. This versatility in itself, has allowed us to work with many customers who push the innovative boundaries in their respective industries.
Cons
I believe the company can improve on their recruiting efforts to find ideal candidates that are looking for a long-term career. I hope to see the size of the company grow during the next couple of years to achieve bigger, and greater things.
