      Benefits: medical insurance with Aetna since Day 1 of employment. Pay: More than reasonable, quite generous actually. Growth and development opportunities.

      Cons

      Due to being a remote candidate, the drug screening was outsourced to Quest Diagnostics, which took longer in being received. This delayed my start date by two more weeks.
