Pros
- Exposure to a lot of clients (other companies in the bay area) - Lots of different areas that you can learn in- can be a great place to start your career
Cons
- Being an engineering consulting/service, you don't always get your own office - and might not see the same coworkers after a couple months (most of the time you are a guest at the host company) - You can only work on the type of projects that ADVENT gets from other companies
