      Now owned by Trinity Consultants, Advent has always treated me well and they seem to look out for their own.

      Cons

      I don't really have any complaints. They're nice and they at least try to put me where I want to go in terms of client and job function.

      easy lay off, not fair salary ( your salary doesnt match with your experience), doesnt care about their employee Not recommending at all working for Advent Engineering unless you have too
