Great company - Engineer Advent Engineering Services Employee Review

As an employee of over 10 years, I can attest that ADVENT really does try to take care of it's employees. Through the pandemic and assignments there have been plenty of opportunities for dismissal due to adverse times. However, the company has stayed stable throughout. ADVENT does take some trust to build, but once built they will do everything they can for their employees.

ADVENT is a bit of sink or swim mentality. You will learn a lot, but may be exposed a bit if you are not prepared for criticism. This benefits those who are highly motivated and resourceful.
