      Stable source of income (to survive not to live), good exposure to major projects (for juniors)

      Cons

      A company that encourages favoritism, toxicity, with little opportunities for career growth. Also, it cares more about having a strong social media image than its employees' wellbeing (an illusional image far from reality) and offers no work-life balance
