Very easy, they are really desperate for engineers. I think cause no one wants to work for them…and there are many reasons why. Pay is very low, if you are a civil engineer and you get into materials engineering you are literally destroying your career. Second of all their training is useless and a waste of time. Third and worst is they are very manipulative so just be careful if you decide to work with them.
