Benefits are good, were better but still not bad. 401k is good. Decent work life balance. tuition reimbursement is excellent.

Cons

Top down management style. Executives and Managers lead with fear and intimidation. Lack diversity in top rolls. No opportunity to give feedback to upper level leaders. Strictly one way communication. Absolutely horrible communication and training for Managers which creates managers who are really horrible at what they do when it comes to leading teams and promoting team development. Its a my way or the highway leadership/management style all the way to the top.

Leadership is terrible. If you aren't related to leadership, or you don't 'bend the knee' to them, you will not be successful. I challenged a manager whose dad was the COO and it led to my termination. The nepotism runs deep!
