Pros
I've worked in a variety of finance/business roles at other companies and start-ups, and this is the only company/role I can confidently say I want to remain at for many years to come, some of the reasons listed below:

-Helping thousands of patients everyday remember to take their most important medications and routing them to care in real-time when needed
-Seeing first hand impact of patient support provided via our smart pill bottles, confirmed via improvements in medication adherence and persistence validated by partners who have analyzed their data (1-2 additional fills per patient per year)
-Gathering real-world granular data and insights about patients on a variety of medications across different points in therapy
-Always problem solving and tackling new challenges as we continue to improve and grow which makes everyday exciting
-Everyone who works at AdhereTech is a genuinely nice person. Working with some of the most driven, passionate and smartest people.
-Very welcoming and warm culture, beautiful office, monthly company events, really feeling like AdhereTech is a family more than a company.
