      + It's really rewarding to work at an IoT company that helps people + Great co-workers in a fun, relaxed environment + Leadership seems to genuinely care about the people who work for them + Management is always open to suggestions on how to make our day-to-day better

      Cons

      The office is nothing to write home about. BUT, there are plans to move a few floors up in the new year.

      Pros

      This is one company it is a joy to work for. I have previously worked for 5+ other companies before joining and would rate AdhereTech as one of the top companies I have worked for thus far. Sure there is pressure and deadlines to meet, but these are very realistic and achievable. The company offers a good work-life balance and am impressed by the amount of work done by a relatively small team.
