Pros
I have previously worked for companies with different sizes, and AdhereTech is where I enjoy working the most. Fast paced work environment but goals are realistic. It's amazing how company culture and people relationships affect your daily works. Being able to work with a group of passionate and intelligent goal-getter is a great pleasure. Leadership listens to employee feedback and make individuals feel they are appreciated.
Cons
Of course, no one is perfect and there is room for improvement. But taking the size of the company and its healthy growth, there is really not much cons to say.
