Pros

Nice looking office, comfortable desk chairs and you occasionally get to work with some cool companies. Other than that it's the worst.

Cons

Everything else. That last review is fake, cooked up by the marketing department to try to get people to work here. This place has an identity crisis. They think they're an agency because they have bagel Friday's but are missing key attributes like collaboration, teamwork and the ability to create cool work. Upward mobility is nonexistent, pay is NOT competitive and half the time it feels like management could care less if you work here or not. If you want to sit in a dark office where nobody talks to one another, people are rude and gossip and you have no chance to earn a decent wage then by all means accept the position. If you like working with people who no nothing about technology and won't change and adapt to the year 2016 then start tomorrow. But if you're like me and you want to be proud of the work you do, work with people who are nice and make a living wage then run the other way!

Pros

I've worked in agencies before where you were expected to handle everything on your own. Not here. You have teams of experts in every department including naming, design and research as a few examples. There are chances to work with big and small names across a diverse set of industries (not just healthcare!). The support I've personally felt from colleagues during our shift to remote work has been amazing and an absolute relief to have with a growing family.

Cons

Lots of whitespace in many positions so it may be hard if you do not have a vision of what you want your career to look like down the line.
