      Lots to do, ICs are bright and good to work with.

      Cons

      Feels like some choices happen because someone high up knew someone. Nepotism vibes. Management is chaotic, and C level ppl seem to let it slide also bc of "i knew this guy at xyz company". makes work for ic's feel jerky.

      Unlimited PTO that they encourage you to use

      Vey cliquey and laden with politics. Lot of the promotions didn't make any sense and just seemed to be based on the VP's mood on any given day. Favoritism galore and to top it off.... the clients are so difficult to deal with. Unrealistic expectations and no support from management when they are out of line. You will be demonized if you call it out.
