Other internal teams like Account managers lean really heavily on the support team to make up for their own lack of product knowledge to do their job

Vey cliquey and laden with politics. Lot of the promotions didn't make any sense and just seemed to be based on the VP's mood on any given day. Favoritism galore and to top it off.... the clients are so difficult to deal with. Unrealistic expectations and no support from management when they are out of line. You will be demonized if you call it out.
