      Pros

      Great WLB, no brutal oncall experiences across my backend teams. Unlimited PTO is real, no pressure to skimp Engineering culture maintains a high bar Terrific perks for in-office folks, but remote friendly by policy, no pressure to come in if you don't want to. Most teams are more than 50% remote. Strong management experience with technical depth. Delighted customers.

      Cons

      Growth means scaling systems at an increasing pace Time zone distribution now means teams are global, so tough to schedule syncs. Planning process feels ad-hoc, doesn't take into account tech debt and KTLO as much.

      Unlimited PTO that they encourage you to use

      Vey cliquey and laden with politics. Lot of the promotions didn't make any sense and just seemed to be based on the VP's mood on any given day. Favoritism galore and to top it off.... the clients are so difficult to deal with. Unrealistic expectations and no support from management when they are out of line. You will be demonized if you call it out.
