Pros
I've worked here for over five years and although there has been some growing pains that comes with a young company, I think they genuinely care and invest in employees. You have autonomy depending on your team and support of that team. They've embraced remote work in response to the pandemic and it's gone very smoothly for nearly everyone I know. Flexible time off is great given the industry, sometimes you need a bit of extra time to not feel burnt out.
Cons
A lot of politics at times, can be hard to progress on projects or in your career, but again, that's dependent on the team you're on. They adopted the tiered compensation model for remote workers, even for employees that have been with them for a long time. Seems like a big cut depending on where you've relocated too. You could still live in a semi-expensive area, but be payed considerably less for the same work you've been doing for so long.
