      Pros

      Addepar is easily the best place I've ever worked! Everyone is happy to be at work, super friendly, smart, capable, and passionate. Management is very accessible and actively keeps employees in the loop about what's going on with the business. Benefits are great. The new office is open and modern, and a block from downtown Mountain View. I honestly can't say anything bad about my experience so far.

      Unlimited PTO that they encourage you to use

      Vey cliquey and laden with politics. Lot of the promotions didn't make any sense and just seemed to be based on the VP's mood on any given day. Favoritism galore and to top it off.... the clients are so difficult to deal with. Unrealistic expectations and no support from management when they are out of line. You will be demonized if you call it out.
