      Pros

      Fantastic talent! Scientists who care about helping people and making a difference to the medical world.

      Cons

      While CEO does a great job of pulling in the financial support his executive team is doing him a disservice. Management is terrible at communication, no clear vision, goals change constantly, if they have a plan it's not communicated to the company.

      Fast paced, innovative, collaborative and flexible

      Cons

      In transitional years - very much a company that is a maturing start up and running into those predictable barriers that come with that growth.

      Good pay, generous benefits, additional employee welfare options

      Cons

      The whole department was removed due to company going under. This was within 4 months of employment. I was able to get another job soon but wished they never hired if they were going to cut the workforce by 40%. After that, the company had multiple rounds of layoffs. Very unstable company.
