   The interview process overall was fine. They were in touch with me throughout, which I appreciated. The panel interviews themselves were a bit all over the place. The first interview of the panel gave me a lengthy verbal scenario that somehow I was to remember every detail of and then give an answer on. For future reference this isn't how the real world works. Attorney's gather information, take time to assess that information, and then make a decision. They don't on the fly try to remember a scenario in their head as it is being spoken and then give a perfect answer. Maybe in court. Not in this position. Another girl was extremely condescending to me when I didn't give an answer SHE WOULD HAVE. Remember that an interviewing candidate does not yet work there, therefore doesn't know how internal processes work and what the correct way is to handle a specific scenario AT ADAPTIVE is. You can't hold it against the candidate when the answer doesn't fit perfectly. Finally, no one in the roles that I interviewed with seemed to know what Adaptive does. All in all I was glad to be rejected, especially after my meeting with the final girl. Definitely for the best.
