Product is industry-leading and excited about the potential of growth as we focus on North America. Work flexibility and work-life balance is excellent. Underfunded and understaffed business development function Health insurance benefits management has been highly frustrating to deal with. Like other places I've worked, there is some nepotism at play and low performers allowed to stick around due to favoritism.
