Team members, and colleagues have all been a pleasure to work with. Collaborative and open in a cross time zone environment in NA/EMEA
Cons
Top down leadership with no insight into decision making or feedback. Lack of business objectives Continued pivoting to different teams, products to meet prior client agreements at the behest of leadership that never end up delivering business value before the next pivot. Not once was a VP or above present in any meeting I had outside of company wide all hands, hence a deep disconnect in communications between what execs want and what work is actually being done.
