Cons
There is some reluctance to change or even to be comfortable being uncomfortable, but a new approach to our product and the way we operate is needed. The opportunity is there, just need to get everyone rowing in the same direction. Just because one way is the way things have always been done, doesn't mean it's the right way to lead the company forward. Sometimes you just need to wipe the slate clean and reimagine.
