      Very poor leadership

      Pros

      People work their tails off to keep this company afloat, regularly more than 60 hours a week to accommodate the multiple time zones. This is a pro because they have good, quality people who care enough to put in the hours.

      Cons

      Leadership micromanages, is verbally abusive and greedy. Primary focus is selling the company. No appreciation for employees. CEO splitting his time between Australia and US. His family relocated to Australia this past summer. Commitment to US market long term very questionable.

      They Have Much to Learn

      Pros

      Some excellent people who try very hard at their jobs. Good compensation and excellent vacation and healthcare. Beer fridge.

      Cons

      Where to begin? CEO believes in motivation through intimidation. Threats and yelling are a weekly occurrence... While there are a couple of exceptions, most of the top executives are immature, manipulative, egotistical, and show little regard for others. Low morale caused by management is exemplified by massive turnover. Raises and bonuses are never handed out. Substandard product.

      Pros

      Most people outside of management are great.

      Cons

      The “leadership” team is petty and vengeful. The CTO says horrendous things about employees and he could care less about the product, partners, or customers. This is a fact and it’s just accepted everyone!
