- no support from management - racism - the company has their boys club and you are talked down upon - management is very bad, the worst i have ever seen. no support given and you are held accountable for everything, even if it is not related to your job - no communication with other teams - no training provided and no overview of how the company works. you just have to work it out yourself - aggressive environment, and management is very poor - salary is below average, no overtime, no bonuses, no benefits. - no career progression - no performance development plan or support for development - literally dead end
