Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. If I could address your points on high turnover and lack of progression; this is not the case. We've actually had a whopping 20 promotions happen in the last year alone either between or within departments. Given that our total head count is currently at 130 that's 15% of staff experiencing progression in 2021. The average tenure of staff length of service at present is over 1.5 years which is perhaps a tad surprising given our large intake of new employees recently as we continue to scale up and grow our organisation. With regards to investing in talent, we provide ongoing internal and external training to all employees. Recent external training has included: BACs , SWIFT and MEDDIC methodology training.

Pros

Friendly office, relatively flexi hours and hybrid working

Let people go with no real communication or warning Often tell people they have a 30 day period to improve in certain aspects and then cut it off after a week or two with no warning
