I have been working at AccessPay full-time (More than 3 years)
Senior management are enthusiastic and passionate about the company and this energy trickles down to the rest of the employees. Input from all employees is encouraged and management value innovative suggestions.
Everyone in the office is open, warm, friendly, and we all get on like one big family.
From a personal development point of view, a great deal of trust and creative freedom has been bestowed upon me, which is exactly what I was looking for from an employer – oh and if you’re willing to put the work in, there are ample opportunities for growth at AccessPay.
Work can get intense at times with various projects running simultaneously at any given time. It can be tough, but you just keep doing what you do best and keep putting in 100%. It's not uncommon for us to work extra hours here and there to make sure we meet our deadlines and get campaigns delivered. You'd expect nothing less from a growing company.
Advice to Management
You know, I've been here nearly three years now and I must say the office culture has changed so much for the better, that it's now unrecognisable.
In comparison to when I started, the vision, attitude and increased focus that is now being placed on growing the company through continued expansion of the product portfolio and increasing market penetration in both domestic and international markets, you can really see the company heading in the right direction.
We have all the amenities that we need in the office, from breakfast, to monthly social events, as well as regular massages! (they're really relaxing).
Keep doing what you’re doing! You’ve managed to create a vibrant environment for a team of passionate and dynamic individuals who are excited to be at the forefront of innovation.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at AccessPay (Kolkata (India)) in May-2013.
It was tricky and good. Tough questions were broken into smaller ones so that one can answer. The person conducting the interview was the director himself. But he made sure that the situation did not become that serious.
