location is good and the office is nice
AccessPay treat most of their staff as disposable at entry level and senior management. Most people don't last a year and the company has a 300% staff turnover rate. They use up new staff for expertise and then jettison them once they've got what they needed. There's usually at least a couple of staff that leave or are fired each month and sometimes more than 20% of the workforce may go in a single month. The company is backed by venture capitalists with the intention to build up the company fast and then sell on in a few years once they've achieved maximum value so there's no long term opportunity at the company but you may enjoy 6 months or so there.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AccessPay (Kolkata (India)) in February-2013.
