We take all claims of any type of discrimination including sexism and xenophobia very seriously, and will investigate thoroughly, if any evidence of this is found then disciplinary procedures are followed accordingly.
We operate a zero tolerance policy towards discrimination.
AccessPay always follows employment law and best practices whilst treating all employees fairly.
Any dismissals or redundancies are processed in accordance with employment law. Should any such unfortunate circumstances arise, employees are informed in writing of the reasons for such decisions.
