Pros

Nothing Access Development will go out of business soon. Upper Management, customer relationships, and their products all are struggling. They have to pivot their business model every few months because of decisions upper management makes.

Cons

Everything, the pay is way below market average. The building location is in a bad area of Salt Lake, upper management is killing the company

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your contributions to Access Development. We’re sorry to hear your experience is not meeting your expectations. We recognize that periods of growth and change can create uncertainty, and we understand that employees may experience those transitions differently. Feedback regarding communication, employee experience, and organizational direction is important to us, and we continue working to strengthen each of those areas. We also understand that compensation and workplace environment are meaningful parts of the employee experience. We regularly evaluate our pay practices, benefits, and culture to remain competitive and supportive of our teams. While we may not always get everything right, our leadership team remains committed to our employees, our clients, and the long-term success of the company. We appreciate your perspective and sincerely wish you the best moving forward.
