It was a very high pace medical shop.

Not enough workers with the right knowledge in the upper management

Salary was generous, hours decent, plant is well maintained

too many people stabbing others in the back. whoever was the first one into HR was the one believed regardless of the evidence. Cliques were the norm. I witnessed this many times HR and plant managers were replaced with disgusting regularity. Managing styles were wildly different and there was no opportunity to actually become efficient in your job as the requirements were constantly being changed. There was no stability in upper management. This constant revolving door and different cultures created in the plant I worked at made the associates on the floor very afraid for their job security (as well as middle management). They would leave for new job opportunities that seemed more secure and better paid which created a massive headache in production trying to keep quality standards at an acceptable level. Quality was a joke in many instances, the constant question was " how many are like that?" and if it was a large number they were let through the system.
