Everything: 2 year wage freeze - cried poor mouth - once it was opened back up, less than 2.4% - 2 year average- less than 1.25%/year when all said and done Salary employees can expect to work hundreds of extra hours without compensation. Easily 60 hour minumum work weeks unless you're a golden child. Work work work, at the facility, home, weekends..maybe lucky to get a comp day now and then. Pay sucks No room for career development Laconia facility pushes quantity of quality every time....unethical practices going on up there. ...not the same facility it was 5 years ago with the old DOO Hostile work environment The overall management in Wilmington is absolutely clueless They bought and will assume the Lake Region name for one reason, to hide from all the former employees and customers who they screwed over. Lipstick on a pig for sure The list goes on......
